Legacy upgradeObsolete controllers migrated to current platforms, with the logic documented, every interlock proven, and a tested rollback in place before a single wire moves.
HVAC & plant controlAHUs, MAUs, chillers and dry coolers — holding cleanroom temperature, humidity and differential pressure within band, with sequences tuned for energy as well as stability.
CDA systemsCompressor sequencing, dryer changeover, dewpoint monitoring, pressure regulation, and load-shedding logic that protects supply to critical tools during upset conditions.
Water treatment systemsUPW production, polishing loops, reclaim and wastewater — dosing, resistivity and TOC monitoring, membrane and regeneration sequencing, and out-of-spec alarm handling.
FMCS integrationUtility, safety and plant systems in one monitoring layer. Integration across BACnet, Modbus, OPC UA, PROFINET and EtherNet/IP, plus alarm rationalization, trending and reporting.
Chemical distributionDrum and tote changeover, valve manifold box sequencing, leak detection, level and flow monitoring, and interlocks that isolate on a fault before it reaches the tool.
Gas distributionGas cabinets, VMBs and VMPs, purge and cycle-purge sequencing, cross-purge logic, toxic and pyrophoric detection interlocks, and emergency shutdown integration.
Electrical installationHT and LT distribution, panel and MCC installation, cable tray and containment, tool power drops and disconnects, grounding and bonding, and EMO tie-ins.
Chemical line installationPP, PFA, PVC and PVDF pipework for bulk chemical and slurry delivery. Fusion and IR welding, double containment, valve manifold tie-ins, pressure and flush testing.
Gas line installationHigh-purity stainless tube and pipe, orbital welded. Bulk and specialty laterals, gas stick and VMB/VMP connections, helium leak testing, purge and passivation.
Drain linesSegregated waste drainage — acid, solvent, fluoride and ammonia — kept properly separated. Double containment where required, slope and venting, treatment tie-ins.
UPW systemsDistribution and polish loop pipework, point-of-use drops, orbital and fusion welding, passivation and flushing, with resistivity and TOC verified before release.
