Accessibility statement
What we have built in, what we know is imperfect, and how to tell us if something blocks you.

We want this site usable by everyone, including people using a screen reader, a keyboard only, magnification, or a browser with scripting or animation turned off.
1. What we aim for
We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA. The High contrast theme in the header is intended to exceed that on colour contrast.
2. What is built in
- Six themes, including a high-contrast one, switchable from every page and remembered between visits.
- A skip to content link as the first item on every page.
- Visible focus outlines on every interactive element; nothing relies on hover alone.
- Semantic landmarks and headings, so a screen reader can navigate by structure.
- Full keyboard operation, including the navigation, theme control, cookie banner and forms.
- Form errors announced in a summary that takes focus, with each message linked to its field.
- Reduced-motion support — all animation stops if your system asks for it.
- Complete content without JavaScript; the site is readable and navigable with scripting off.
- Text that reflows to 320 px without horizontal scrolling; wide tables scroll inside their own container.
3. Known limitations
- The theme switcher is hidden when JavaScript is unavailable, because it cannot work without it. The site still renders in its default theme.
- The Google Map, if you choose to load it, is a third-party embed whose accessibility we do not control. The address is always available as text.
- Diagrams carry text alternatives, but complex technical drawings are inherently hard to convey non-visually. If you need a described version of any drawing, ask and we will send one.
4. Reporting a barrier
If any part of this site blocks you, email sales@centroides.com with the page address and what happened. We will acknowledge within 3 working days and tell you what we can do and when.
If you need information from this site in another format — large print, plain text, or read aloud — ask and we will provide it.
5. This statement
Prepared September 2026. It will be reviewed when the site changes materially, and at least annually.
