What's included
Skilled mechanical erection, hygienic and industrial piping, tank fabrication and skid assembly — delivered with full QA documentation.
- Mechanical erectionSetting, aligning and securing plant — pumps, vessels, skids and structures positioned to the drawing and levelled before anything is connected to them.
- Hygienic and industrial pipingProcess and utility pipework in stainless and plastics: orbital welding for high-purity gas and water, fusion and IR for chemical lines, then pressure tested, passivated and flushed.
- Tank fabricationVessels and tanks fabricated to the drawing with their nozzles, supports and internals, weld-tested and documented before they are set in place.
- Skid assemblyA process package built and proven on our floor — piped, wired and wet-tested — so the site work is a set-down and a tie-in rather than a build.
