- SchedulingOne baseline schedule everyone works to, with the critical path identified and weekly progress reported against the plan you approved — not against the last update.
- Vendor coordinationThird-party suppliers held to the same drawing set and the same dates, with their submittals reviewed before they arrive on site as your problem.
- Factory acceptance testsThe system proven at our works against the specification, with you present, so faults are found where they are cheap to fix rather than in your shutdown window.
- On-site commissioningLoop checks, live-plant testing and handover to the people who will run it, with the as-built record updated as each item is signed off rather than afterwards.
- Operator trainingYour team taught the plant they are about to run: the sequences, the alarms, and what to do when one of them is wrong — with the material left behind.
